Your primary focus will be on reviewing stock and operational activities, making decisions based on performance monitoring and evaluations against key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for communicating with colleagues, the customer team, and management to ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong IT, organizational, and administration skills, as well as experience working with computer packages, including stock management systems. Oracle WMS experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be working on your own initiative, ensuring that our IT warehouse system is maintained and that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be required to have a full, clean driving license and be willing to cover holiday shifts at different regional store depots across the UK.
