Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating workloads, and ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily workloads to meet customer satisfaction and productivity goals
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Forklift license is desirable but not essential
