Job Summary:

Lusona LLP is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide support to the development, implementation, and management of all commercial activities and controls of the business unit you are assigned to.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain performance reports and business partnering with operational colleagues.
  • Support the business unit in the generation of tenders for all opportunities.
  • Build up strong knowledge of customer contracts, whilst maintaining the commercial contract log.
  • Provide advice on commercial issues to general/framework managers.
  • Report on work in progress, billing, and support of payment collection.
  • Utilize methods to support all pricing and tendering activities.
  • Prepare any subcontract tender requirements for management reviews.
  • Use the Management Information System (MIS) to track work progress and report on any KPIs.
  • Maintain visibility of expenditure to ensure works are completed to budget.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and attend management reviews as required.
  • Continuously improve the reporting available to management.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree/equivalent qualification in business/mathematics/quantity surveying.
  • Demonstrable experience within a similar commercial or financial role, with a strong administrative background.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An inquisitive mindset to present solutions for queries that ensure performance remains on target.
