An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital based in the Cardiff area.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to contribute to the comprehensive assessment of patients, compile holistic care plans, and monitor patient progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing resources, organizing ward activities, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to inform care planning
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients
  • Monitor and review patient progress, making adjustments as necessary
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet ward needs
