The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of psychosocial interventions, relapse prevention, and assertive outreach models. They will also have a proven track record of promoting creative engagement strategies and developing effective partnerships with service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide specialist advice and guidance on psychosocial interventions, relapse prevention, and other relevant areas.
  • Synthetic Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with care coordinators to establish and maintain high clinical care standards, ensuring that quality care is delivered in conjunction with the Operational Manager and consultant.
  • Professional Development: Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
