Senior Sales and Partnerships Specialist

We are a forward-thinking company with a leading investment management firm based in Manchester. Our mission is to provide exceptional financial planning and investment advice to businesses across the Northwest.
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team, focusing on building out our B2B partnerships division. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our partnerships with local businesses, driving revenue growth and increasing our market share.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, prospect & develop new business
- Self-generate results
- Manage existing clients and develop new relationships through referrals
- Cooperate with the wider team and drive new business ideas
Benefits include a competitive base salary of £35,000-£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Bonuses, state-of-the-art city centre offices, industry-leading training, and company incentive trips.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in a consultative environment
- A desire to drive new business relationships
- Ability to self-generate results
- Degree from a Russell Group University or Strong A-levels
