About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Synergy Car Leasing Limited. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring their experience with our company is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage customer documentation, including finance documents and identification paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gain a commercial insight into our online business.
  • Support the Client Services Director and team as needed.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and their experience is positive.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Confidence and a positive approach to problem-solving.
