About the Role

We are working with a local authority in the Northamptonshire area who are looking for a qualified social worker to join their Adoption Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority that offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the needs of adoptive families by providing support interventions and working alongside multi-professional networks.
  • Deliver therapeutic workshops and courses to parents.
  • Manage a caseload of adoptive families and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements
  • Social Work England Registered.
  • Must own a car and drive.
