We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adoption Support Team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and intervention to adoptive families, working closely with multi-professional networks to deliver therapeutic workshops and courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and intervention to adoptive families to meet their needs
- Work alongside multi-professional networks, including education, social care, and early help teams
- Deliver therapeutic workshops and courses to parents
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks to achieve goals
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in Adoption or Fostering
- Registered with Social Work England
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive pay rate - Up to £42,620 (pro rata)
- Hybrid working arrangement - 1-2 office days a week
