About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as the Head of Digital Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation and deliver high-quality digital services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital portfolio strategy that aligns with our Trust's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital projects and programmes, ensuring they meet our quality standards and deliver benefits to our patients.
  • Provide strategic leadership to our digital team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure our digital services meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our stakeholders, including our Chief Information Officer, Chief Clinical Information Officers, and Trust leadership teams.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Post Graduate Degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • PRINCE 2 Practitioner or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • MSP, MOP, or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience of delivering digital projects and programmes within a complex environment to defined standards.
  • Experience of managing financial budgets in excess of £1m.
  • Considerable experience of producing documentation and reports to a board level standard.
  • Extensive continuous management experience, including managing staff and staff development.
