About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as the Head of Digital Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation and deliver high-quality digital services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital portfolio strategy that aligns with our Trust's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital projects and programmes, ensuring they meet the required standards and deliver benefits to our patients.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Portfolio Office, ensuring it delivers value-add to our services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of portfolio service delivery are aligned and contribute to the Digital Strategy.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with users across the organisation to deliver a high-quality, standard IT culture.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience of delivering digital projects and programmes within a complex environment to defined standards.
  • Experience of managing financial budgets in excess of £1m.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentational, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to use own initiative, coach individuals, and lead a team engendering enthusiasm and commitment.
