About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an SEO Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our internal team, helping shape and drive our campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager: You will work closely with the project manager to gather client insights and ensure the team receives detailed, actionable briefs.
  • Lead Client Discovery Sessions: You will conduct sessions to understand clients' business goals and challenges, ensuring this information is communicated to the team to develop effective strategies.
  • Coordinate and Oversee Campaigns: You will ensure timelines are met, and project milestones are communicated to both the client and internal teams.
  • Present Performance Reports: You will present performance reports and insights to clients, showcasing the impact of our campaigns and making recommendations for further improvements.
  • Manage Client Expectations: You will proactively manage client expectations, ensuring they are always informed and confident in the progress of their projects.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: You will identify growth opportunities within client accounts by suggesting additional services or areas for campaign enhancement.

  • Proven Experience: You will have proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or SEO-focused environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: You will have strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You will have a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting campaign results and providing actionable insights.
  • Proactive Approach: You will have a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, able to anticipate client needs and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing: You will have a passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow through SEO and online strategy.
