Job Summary:
We are seeking a Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory of key accounts, building strong relationships with clinicians and purchasing decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role:
This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies, analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Your expertise in complex medical device sales, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
  2. To identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth across the territory.
  3. To analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  4. To stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy.
  5. To work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private health insurance, life assurance, and a defined contribution pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work with a global healthcare company and contribute to the growth of our Structural Heart business.

Requirements:
