We are looking for a BBC Scotland News Specialist to join our team as a Senior News Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality news content for our daily news podcast.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality news content for the podcast, including researching and writing scripts.
  • Work effectively with a team of producers to ensure that deadlines are met and high-quality content is delivered.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the podcast's audience and engagement.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in news production and a passion for storytelling. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
