We are looking for a Senior People Manager to join Succeed Recruitment's team in Chester. As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for managing and developing the HR function across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes contributing to the development and execution of organisational and people initiatives, managing employee relations casework, and working closely with line managers to understand, advise, and support on policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous HR Management experience in a generalist HR role, proven management of internal recruitment, and excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures. CIPD Level 5 Qualified or equivalent is desirable.
