About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Community Phlebotomy Service as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and work autonomously to run Phlebotomy and other clinical skilled clinics across multiple Community Hospital sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support patients who require Phlebotomy care within the community
  • Develop and implement effective Phlebotomy and clinical skilled clinics
  • Work closely with the community ambulatory care team to ensure safe delivery of care
  • Manage patient case loads and run clinics autonomously
Working Pattern

This is a 2x a week Band 3 post, covering multiple Community Hospital sites. The Community Phlebotomy service operates Monday to Friday, and there will be an expectation to work across the cluster at times.
