About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Representative to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our collection team, you will play a crucial role in negotiating payment arrangements with customers who are in arrears with their gas and electricity bills.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts
  • Carry out door-to-door collections and visits to premises to collect payments
  • Conduct meter readings to ensure accurate billing and debt calculations

What We Offer
  • A starting salary of £25,200 per annum, paid monthly
  • A car allowance of £3,600 per annum, paid monthly
  • The opportunity to earn an additional £30,000+ through our bonus scheme
  • A flexible working pattern, with the option to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday
  • A guaranteed 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A full UK driving license
  • A full-time use of a car or van
  • Business use vehicle insurance
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An excellent standard of spoken English
