Special Needs Teacher Norfolk

This role is ideal for committed SEN Teachers who thrive in a nurturing environment and are passionate about transforming lives.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional teaching to small classes of up to 10 students, supported by a minimum of three staff members per class. The students have a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning challenges such as dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, and social, emotional, or mental health barriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects.
- Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH.
- Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
- Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality.
- Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £31,650 - £49,084 (M1 UPS3) and weekly pay one week in arrears. You will also receive your own personal consultant to help you navigate your new role and assist at any time. Requirements
- QTS or QTLS (essential)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners
- A creative, flexible approach to teaching tailored to individual learning styles
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required due to rural locations)
