Special Education Teacher Opportunity in Norfolk

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects.
- Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH.
- Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
- Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality.
- Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, supporting their learning journey.
- QTS or QTLS (essential).
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.
- A creative, flexible approach to teaching tailored to individual learning styles.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
About the Role:
- You will provide exceptional teaching to small classes of up to 10 students, supported by a minimum of three staff members per class.
- The students have a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning challenges such as dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, and social, emotional, or mental health barriers.
- This role is ideal for committed SEN Teachers who thrive in a nurturing environment and are passionate about transforming lives.
Salary Range: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
