Job Title: SEN Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Special Education Teacher to join our team at GSL Education London. As a SEN Special Education Teacher, you will provide tailored educational support to students with special educational needs, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.

About the Role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in an SEN setting is preferable.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).

The estimated salary for this role is £180 per day. Please note that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
