Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at E3 Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing sales teams, creating strategic long-term sales plans, and driving significant year-on-year sales growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in a sales management role, with experience in a metal works environment. They will also have strong leadership and management skills, as well as financial acumen relating to sales budgets and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a strategic long-term sales plan that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving significant year-on-year sales growth.
- Use in-depth knowledge of laser cutting, metal bending, welding processes, fabrication, and powder coating to leverage a competitive advantage during tendering or quotation processes.
The salary for this role is £59,000 - £64,000 per annum, based on the location of Huddersfield and the surrounding areas. The benefits package includes 23 days' annual leave, 8% combined pension, and flexible working hours.
