Theatre Support Lead

Are you a motivated Theatre Support Lead looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Theatre Support Lead to join our team at Euxton Hall Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Theatre department and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and mentorship, with experience in Anaesthetic & Recovery. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including staff management, patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and ensure the smooth running of the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: Blackpool, Lancashire
