Drama and Theatre Educator

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Drama and Theatre Educator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to inspire creativity, confidence, and essential life skills in students aged 11 to 16.

We are looking for someone with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, who has relevant experience teaching Drama at secondary level. Your passion for drama education and strong understanding of the national curriculum will be invaluable in delivering high-quality drama lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

The successful candidate will have excellent planning, preparation, and delivery skills, as well as the ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and a passion for drama.

You will support students in their preparation for performances, auditions, and exams, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Experience in directing and organising school productions is advantageous.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive working environment that encourages professional growth and development.
