We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field of international cross-border e-commerce and mail solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • To work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • To provide regular updates and insights to the management team on market trends and competitor activity.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus commission and other benefits.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Proven sales experience and performance in International Cross Border / E-Commerce Solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales procedures and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
  • Clean current driving licence (minimum 1 year).
  • Good geographical knowledge.
