The Role

As a key member of the FINMAR team at WTW, you will play a vital role in driving the rationalisation and performance improvement of Insurers writing specific Financial Lines coverages.

FINMAR provides services (data analytics, carrier advocacy, pipeline management and reporting) to selected Insurers, driving competition, performance improvements and improved market intelligence for WTW's Clients.

With a strong focus on technical management, you will work closely with the team to:

  • Understand all available data and associated platforms.
  • Develop technical skills and business knowledge to ensure requirements are well understood, and solutions are appropriate.
  • Provide support and guidance for our support team to deliver continued improvement to products and services.
  • Ensure the expectations of key stakeholders are well managed.
  • Develop reporting products and transition them to the support team for ongoing maintenance, where required.
  • Support a variety of IT projects.

With a global proposition, FINMAR has developed system applications and supporting data environments to enable the delivery of insights critical to Insurers and FINMAR alike.

Oversight of this activity is the responsibility of the technical management team, and this position is for a role in that team.
