About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to our customers using our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone
  • Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents
  • Keep detailed records of customers interactions
  • Monitor application system logs
  • Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications
  • Support during the roll-out of applications
  • Create User Guides
  • User Training on site

  • Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach
  • Good oral and written communication skills
