About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our pioneering Health & Medical organisation. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth of our organisation by nurturing relationships with customers and providing product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and develop a consultative approach to build strong relationships with customers
  • Provide product and service information to support purchasing decisions
  • Closely work with the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in sales, preferably telephone-based. You should have excellent objection handling skills and be able to articulate technical product and service information. A keen interest in the health/medical sector is advantageous, but not essential. Ideally, you will be degree-qualified or have previous industry experience.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £23,000 with a good commission plan offering an OTE of c£35,000
  • Full training provided to ensure your success in the role
