Child Development Support Staff Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Development Support Staff member to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. As an Education Support Administrator, you will work closely with a young girl who has been diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and separation anxiety disorder.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children who have special needs and be able to provide supportive coaching and guidance. The focus will be on promoting the child's overall development, including social, emotional, and educational growth. You will help the child build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve personal goals.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and able to build strong relationships. If you feel you can make a positive difference to this child and her family, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide supportive coaching and guidance to the child
  • To promote the child's overall development, including social, emotional, and educational growth
  • To build strong relationships with the child and her family

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children who have special needs
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £13.09 per hour

Hours Breakdown: 10 Hours per week x 38 weeks a year (Term-Time Only - Flexible afternoons)
