We are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum for a Business Skills Trainer position in Surrey, United Kingdom.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Pearson and contribute to the development of business skills training programs. As a Business Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver business skills training programs that meet organizational standards.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions to train and coach learners in business, management, and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training resources, such as PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, webinars, and handouts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Support the development of online learning systems and maintain accurate learner records.
- Build strong relationships with learners, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business skills training.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognized teaching qualification.
- Demonstrate expertise in business skills training and adult learning.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
