Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of our Group L&D strategy.

About the Role:

  • Support the day-to-day management and oversight of Workday Learning, ensuring seamless integration with our HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with our International People teams to deliver full enablement of Workday Learning as required.
  • Provide first-line support for all L&D related queries across PIB Group, ensuring prompt resolution and proactive communication.
  • Efficiently manage course administration that is not available via Workday.
  • Design and develop digital learning solutions aligned to our strategic priorities.
  • Create professional L&D support materials and communications.
  • Log and track L&D invoices.
  • Evaluate the impact of L&D programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide critical data and analytics to inform our learning strategy.
  • Identify suitable external delivery partners to support our L&D strategy.
  • Partner with Group Communications and Engagement to enhance engagement with all Learning and Development programmes.
  • Provide guidance on best-fit learning and development solutions for internal customers.
  • Build relationships with managers and business contacts to drive L&D culture across the business.
  • Support the successful execution of mandatory learning strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. Key requirements include:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Understanding of Learning and Development processes and administration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
