Company Overview: Tate is working with a membership organisation based in Central London, who are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Officer to join their busy team on a part-time basis.

About the Role: The successful candidate will process all aspects of payroll from start to finish, deal with employee salary and payroll queries, and liaise with HR Assistant regarding new appointments and terminations. Additionally, they will collect and pay over monthly pension contributions, liaise with HMRC where necessary, and review payroll policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deal with employee salary and payroll queries
  • Liaise with HR Assistant regarding new appointments and terminations
  • The collection and paying over of monthly pension contributions
  • Liaise with HMRC where necessary
  • Review payroll policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent attention to detail and experience in forecasting and budgeting. Knowledge of Sage Payroll would be beneficial.
