Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at We'll Mind Your Own Business Ltd. in Bristol.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company financial tasks, including receivables, invoices, and payment processing.
- You will work closely with our financial professionals and management to ensure accurate payment and financial transaction processing.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven bookkeeping experience and solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- A high degree of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting process.
- Verify transactions recorded in correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, pay regular bills, and maintain company ledgers, reconciliation, and journals.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, compile production finance information, and handle client invoices.
- Possess hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and proven bookkeeping experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
