Job Description

Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing employee expenses and supplier invoices using Concur & NetSuite.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a finance team in an accounts payable role and possess excellent team working skills. You will also have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. In addition, knowledge of Sage, NetSuite, and Concur is desirable but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all invoices and expenses are authorized, allocated to the correct business area or project, and compliant with company policy. You will also run reports on Concur and provide feedback to relevant business areas. Other duties may include maintaining a shared Finance inbox, dealing with supplier queries, and performing other ad hoc tasks as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, generous holiday package, option to purchase additional holiday, and shared parental leave.
