We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the individual to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK accounting standards and laws. The role involves:

  • Coordinating financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Processing the monthly payroll journal and adjusting cost centre allocations as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to UK accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
