We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing employee expenses and supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a finance team in an accounts payable role, with strong Excel and Microsoft office skills. Knowledge of Sage, NetSuite, and Concur is desirable but not essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading integrated wealth management and professional services group, with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday package and hybrid working model, you will also have access to benefits such as private medical insurance, life assurance, and pension contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing employee expenses and supplier invoices using Concur & NetSuite
  2. Processing the weekly employee expense and supplier payment runs
  3. Ensuring all invoices and expenses are authorised
  4. Ensuring all employee expenses and supplier invoices are allocated to the correct business area or project
  5. Running reports on Concur and feeding back the data to appropriate business areas
  6. Maintaining a shared Finance inbox
  7. Dealing with supplier queries in relation to their invoices
  8. Supplier statement reconciliation
  9. Other ad hoc duties as required
