Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at We'll Mind Your Own Business Ltd.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing company financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and preparing VAT returns.
Responsibilities:- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including paying regular bills for clients.
- Maintain company ledgers, reconcile, and journals.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Compile and update all production finance information, including production budget, cost reports, cash flow, and edit schedules.
- Handle client invoices by recording and approving or denying payments.
- Invoice deliveries and pay vendors for goods and services.
- Prepare purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials.
- Record cash receipts and handle bank deposits.
- Maintain petty cash.
- Correspond with clients and provide administrative support as needed.
