The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our Business Change function within the Toxicology business. This role will oversee and manage the change portfolio and projects across the Toxicology UK business via a long-term program of change.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Evaluating change requests and initiating projects with suitable governance structures.
  • Managing projects to completion, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to document requirements and specifications.
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver projects and solutions.
  • Conducting project tests, gathering end-user feedback, and documenting Systems Lifecycle information.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Data Analysis, experience in managing small projects, business analysis, PMO experience, quality management system awareness, testing management, stakeholder management, and user-focused communication skills.

Compensation: A competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000), including a defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, share ownership scheme, life assurance, and other benefits.

Estimated Annual Salary: £52,500, based on job description and location.
