About the Role

Abbott Laboratories is looking for a highly motivated Change Delivery Lead to join its Diagnostics family of businesses. As part of the Business Change function within the Toxicology business unit, you will be responsible for delivering change projects across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include evaluating change requests, initiating projects with appropriate governance structures, and managing them to completion. Your expertise in stakeholder management, project delivery, and quality management systems will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Evaluating change requests and initiating projects with appropriate governance structures.
  2. Managing projects to completion, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
  3. Documenting, reviewing, and editing requirements, specifications, business processes, business cases, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
  4. Stakeholder management and working with internal and external partners to deliver projects and solutions.
  5. Managing the testing process, including gathering end-user feedback.
  6. Completing Systems Lifecycle documentation.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a superb defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, share ownership scheme, life assurance, and more.
