The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst to join the Business Change function of our Toxicology business. As a key member of this team, you will support the delivery of various change projects, including elements of the PMO function. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating change requests, initiating projects, setting up governance structures, and managing them to completion. You will also work with stakeholders to document, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Additionally, you will manage and conduct testing processes, gather end-user feedback, and complete Systems Lifecycle documentation. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field. Experience in managing small projects or workstreams of larger ones is essential, as well as business analysis experience. Familiarity with quality management systems and stakeholder management skills are also required. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of a change management model, such as Lewin or Prosci.
