About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising recruitment projects with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalising the agreement between employer and new recruit.
  • Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
  • Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting.
  • Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants' soft skills and aptitudes.
  • You will search for qualified professionals and approach them directly.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of minimum 360' recruitment experience.
  • Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
  • Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
  • MS Office skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and stamina.
  • Teamwork and international mindset.
