About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer warm inbound calls and follow up on qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide customers through their health sales journey.
  • Provide fully advised quotations and assist customers through the online journey to give them the information they need when they need it.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service-related role.
  • Ability to be empathetic towards customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Good fact-finding skills to ask the right questions at the right time.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Starting salary circa £28,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
