We are recruiting for a highly skilled Elderly Care and Medicine Professional to join our NHS Trust. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to our elderly patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our Geriatric Liaison Team (SAFE) and Rapid Access Service for GPs (RADAR). They will also be expected to support the expansion of our specialist Ambulatory Care Service and intensify front-door CGA.

As part of this role, the successful candidate will participate in the General Medicine (GIM) on-call rota, teach and examine medical students, and contribute to continuing medical education activities.
