Home Care Director

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to lead our residential elderly person care home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect by upholding the highest standards of care. They will lead a team of multi-skilled healthcare professionals to success and provide cover during emergencies outside of normal working hours.
- NVQ 5 (or higher) in care or other relevant qualification required
- Strong knowledge of the elderly residential care sector and regulatory framework
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
