Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Clinical Excellence: Uphold high standards of patient care by maintaining clinical standards, implementing best practices, and overseeing staff training and development.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in clinic growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
