Operations Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our senior management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of the operation to achieve short and long-term financial and operating objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, direct, and control day-to-day activities of operation to achieve short and long-term financial and operating objectives set by plant target.
* Manage and control operation to meet all safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
* Establish operating budgets as per ABP volume, monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve all operating standard and product cost target.
* Set and monitor the performance of operation against standard and target in their area.
* Develop and implement a variety of operating policy and procedures (in conjunction with corporate subject matter experts) to ensure that the plant meets its current and future production targets and quality standard.
Requirements:
* Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, materials, or manufacturing-based subject.
* Minimum 5 years successful background within senior management in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to lead and actively promote the continuous improvement and change management.
* Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/email.
