We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated specialist pharmacist to join our team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities- To lead and deliver a highly specialised clinical pharmacy service to the Gastroenterology specialty, ensuring safe, clinically effective, and cost-efficient use of drugs.
- To participate in the pharmaceutical services of the Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust, including clinical pharmacy, aseptic services, and in-patient services.
- To take part in the weekend, bank holiday, and out-of-hour emergency duty service.
- MPharm or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Membership of the Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacist Group.
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Experience of delivering clinical pharmacy services.
- Experience of personnel management.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Paediatric pharmacy experience.
- Experience of NHSE funding.
