We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with experience in processing monthly wages payable, pensions, and PAYE reconciliations. You will also be skilled in dealing with salary sacrifice schemes and processing P11D submissions to HMRC.

You will work closely with our client to ensure that all payroll requirements are met, including annual pension submissions and personal tax returns. In addition, you will liaise with HMRC on specific enquiries, including PAYE disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Wages Payable, Pensions & PAYE Reconciliations
  • Checking and Implementing Tax Coding Notices
  • Salary Sacrifice Scheme Administration
  • P11D Submissions to HMRC
  • Liaising with HMRC on PAYE Disputes

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
