Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Reel Recruit. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Sales Activities: Participate in sales activities, including prospecting, running product demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance, providing guidance and support to improve effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Regularly update sales performance, team activities, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Strong background in sales, preferably within AI technology or recruitment, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies and their applications is a plus but not essential.
  • Education: No specific degree required.
