Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and dependable individual to join our sales team as a 2nd Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling shoes and accessories, and leading the sales team when you are the manager on duty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales, take cash, and run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Teach others how to perform these tasks and lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank and process freight as it arrives.

Requirements:
