Senior Technical Support Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a technical expert with a strong background in IT support and a passion for technology. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to O365, Networking, VMWare, and other technologies
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality technical support and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a MSP environment
  • Strong technical skills in Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, AVD, Office 365, and Networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
